Identify your case size

To find your Kindle model:

1. Open your Settings menu (top right corner - three dots)
   
2. Tap Device Options
   
3. Tap Device Info
   
4. Your model will be listed next to Device Type

The inch size shown for your Kindle or Kobo refers to the screen measurement, measured diagonally from corner to corner - not the overall dimensions of the device or case.

For example, the Kobo Clara has a 6" screen, while the Kobo Libra has a 7" screen, but the devices themselves have different overall dimensions and require different cases.

Each case is specifically moulded to fit the e-reader model listed, so always select your exact device model when ordering.

Kindle and Kobo models can look similar, but dimensions vary between models and generations - check yours before ordering, just to be safe.

Amazon has released new Kindles for 2026, and they're not the same size as the models before them.

The new 6 inch Kindle is on sale in Australia now. The new Paperwhite, Paperwhite Signature Edition, Colorsoft and Colorsoft Signature Edition (all 7 inch) arrive in Australia on 11 November.

Our current cases won't fit any of them. That includes our 12th Gen Paperwhite / Signature / Colorsoft cases, even though those are also a 7 inch screen.

The good news? New cases made for the 2026 models are on their way. You'll see a 2026 option on our Kindle designs, shown as sold out while we finalise the new sizes. We won't guess a ship date, but tap Notify me on any design you love and you'll be the first to know when your size lands.

These sizes are for Kindles released before 2026. Own a 2026 Kindle? These cases won't fit it, so see "2026 Kindles: new sizes" above.

Kindle 11th Generation
There are two different sizes within the 11th Generation:

- Kindle 11th Gen Basic (6.0")
- Kindle 11th Gen Paperwhite (6.8"), slightly larger

These do not fit the same case.

Paperwhite compatibility

- Kindle 11th Gen Paperwhite / Signature Edition (fit the same case)
- Kindle 12th Gen Paperwhite / Signature Edition / Colorsoft (all fit the same case, 12th Generation only, not the 2026 models)

Libra Case size

Compatible with:
* Kobo Libra 2 (2021) - perfect fit
* Kobo Libra Colour (2024) - fits, slightly looser around the buttons

A note for Libra Colour readers: the Libra Colour has slightly different dimensions to the Libra 2, so the case can feel a touch looser around the side buttons. The case still protects your device beautifully - just sits with a little more room. If you'd prefer a snugger fit, drop us a message and we'll keep you posted when a Libra Colour-specific case is ready.

Clara Case size

Compatible with:
* Kobo Clara 2E (2022)
* Kobo Clara BW (2024)
* Kobo Clara Colour (2024)

Everyday care

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth
  
• Keep it away from abrasive surfaces and sharp edges
  
• Store it in the protective pouch when it's not in use
  
• Handle it with clean, dry hands where you can

Clear Back Stand Case

The clear back is a shell, not a print, so keep it looking sharp with a soft, dry cloth. If it needs a bit more, a lightly damp cloth works too, just skip solvents and anything abrasive. The magnetic stand detaches for hands-free reading, viewing or typing, and reattaches easily when you're done: keep it somewhere you won't lose it while it's off the case. As with any case, fingerprints, light marks and small scuffs from everyday handling are normal wear, not a fault.

A note on the printed finish

Oils from hand cream, sunscreen and skin can transfer onto printed finishes with repeated handling. Over time this shows up first on the edges and corners, where a case is handled most. If fading appears on the flatter front or back panels, it usually means the case has been in contact with oils or moisture, for example inside a bag, on a countertop, or after applying skincare. Clean, dry hands and the pouch are the best protection.
