General Questions

How often do you restock?

We generally restock every two weeks; however, many designs are produced in limited runs and may not be restocked once sold out. If a style is marked sold out, we recommend signing up for restock notifications or following us on Instagram for updates.

Do you notify when items are restocked?

Yes - you can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page. You can also follow us on Instagram for early previews and updates.

How often do you release new designs?

We release new designs weekly or every other week. Follow us on Instagram to catch previews and see new styles before they launch.

Product & Features

Do your cases have an auto wake/sleep feature?

Yes, all of our cases are equipped with auto wake/sleep functionality.

What does a front magnet do?

The front magnet helps keep the case closed and enables the auto wake/sleep function.

What does the back magnet do?

The back magnet helps the cover fold neatly behind your Kindle while reading and supports the hand strap for comfortable one-handed use. When reading in bed, especially at a steep downward angle the cover may shift slightly due to the weight of the device. This is normal for folio-style cases.

Do your cases have hand straps?

All of our cases include hand straps, front and back magnets for comfortable reading, and auto wake/sleep.

What does the hand strap do?

The hand strap is designed for comfortable one-handed reading, helping you hold your Kindle securely without gripping the edges. It works alongside the back magnet to keep the cover neatly out of the way while reading.

Are your cases water-resistant?

Our cases are water-resistant but not waterproof - avoid submersion or prolonged exposure to moisture.

All Kobo cases are designed specifically for each device.

Kobo Libra cases include:

  • Integrated hand strap
  • Auto wake/sleep front magnet
  • Back magnet to keep the cover securely folded while reading

Kobo Clara cases include:

  • Integrated hand strap
  • Auto wake/sleep front magnet
  • Back magnet to keep the cover securely folded while reading

All Kobo cases include a soft interior lining and a shock-absorbing protective shell.

Note: Our designs are refined over time. Newer Kobo case batches from January 29th 2026 include the integrated hand strap and dual (front + back) magnets.

Earlier releases were designed with the same premium protection and finish - this addition was introduced as a small enhancement for an even more seamless reading experience.

Shipping & Tracking

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from Queensland, Australia. Shipping options and rates appear at checkout.

My tracking hasn’t updated - is this normal?

Yes, tracking updates can pause while parcels clear customs or move between couriers. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’re happy to help check it for you.

EU Deliveries & Customs

Once orders arrive in the EU, they are transferred to the local postal authority for final processing and delivery. At this stage, delivery timelines are managed by the destination country rather than Australia Post.

Some EU orders may be held briefly pending:

  • Import VAT or customs charges payable by the recipient
  • Local postal processing or address confirmation

If tracking shows “with the local post” or “arrived at the postal carrier’s facility”, this means the parcel has reached the destination country and is awaiting final clearance or delivery.

We recommend contacting your local postal carrier with the tracking number to confirm whether any action is required. Once released, delivery typically follows shortly.

Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Care & Maintenance

Care Tips for Your Kindle Case

To keep your case looking its best, avoid contact with oils such as sunscreen, lotions, or body oils, as well as excessive moisture, as these may affect the print and cause fading or colour transfer. When not in use, we recommend storing your case in its protective pouch to help maintain the vibrancy and finish of the print.

Please note that general wear from everyday use typically appears gradually over time and is most commonly seen along edges or corners. Contact with oils or lotions, however, can cause visible markings on printed surfaces more quickly, particularly across the face of the case.

Case Society Co is not liable for damage caused by moisture, oils, or general wear and tear, including rubbing or fading. For long-lasting protection, treat your case with care and store it in a safe, dry place.

Orders & Support

Can I change my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, it usually begins processing straight away, so changes may be limited.

If you need to amend something, please email us as soon as possible at hello@casesocietyco.com, and we’ll do our best to help where we can.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

My order says delivered but I haven’t received it - what should I do?

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with neighbours or your local post office. If you’re still unable to locate it, please contact us hello@casesocietyco.com and we’ll assist further.

Do you collaborate with artists and creatives?
